We finally caught up with this super busy girl in a corner of the Billabong store in Jalan Legian.

She is definitely energetic and dynamic. She likes to keep busy and hates being in the office without anything to do “luckily that doesn’t happen too often…hehehe” she said.

 

Ina has been with Billabong for quite a while, around 6 years, starting as a sales assistant she has worked her way up to now being the Visual Merchandiser. She says the difference between her position now and before is  “In the store you meet a lot of different people, the work is simple, there’s not much time off and you get tired standing up all the time. In the office you also meet a lot of people but usually the same ones, you get more time off but it is busier because you have to prepare the displays and also make reports. Definitely nothing bad in the office (always great …ed)

 

She rarely sits around doing nothing…but “sometimes I go around looking for good scenery and good, cheap food, take my dog for a walk to the beach on the weekend or hang out at home reading a book or watching a movie”

 

We asked her about surfing and this is how she finished up our chat… “I have known about the waves since I was in primary school, but I would just body board. My cousin, Jason, was learning to surf with Made Lana at the time. Now I can surf okay” (wow..looks like we have to challenge you to a surf one day, hehehe – ed)
