Summary of Bali Surf History

The 1930 foreign tourists to Bali carrying surfboard, but did not yet know the potential of Bali as a surf surf spots.

Some 1966 foreign tourists started surfing in Kuta, one of whom boyoum john michael (Hawaii), after the arrival of each month also began arriving surfers to surf in Kuta.

1979-1985 Club Bali Surfing contest is active roll, including cooperation with Japan in the form of youth organizations namely surfing JISA
