Tapi pakai baju kerja….hmmm….”.masih penasaran ama sosoknya, MW nyari kesempatan buat menyapanya.

Berasa passss banget!!! Panas-panas bin gerah berkeringat di siang bolong, kedatengan tamu yang dermawan senyum plus dermawan produk (hehehehheee…-red).

We got last minute info that there was a village head from West Java in Bali . Our special guest is not like an ordinary village head, apart from leading his village he is also a surfer.

This French guy has visited Bali for 4 times. This time, unfortunately he only got 10 days to enjoy the sunshine in this mesmerizing island. Just during his holiday in Bali, he thinks that his daily activities are so amusing, starts with wake up early in the morning to surf some spots day by day. In addition, he likes Indonesia culture, food, friendliness, waves, weather and the girls as well. He has surfed Australia and Indonesia (Bali and Lombok), and he enjoyed it but he prefers surfing in a quiet spot.

This tall surfer and body boarder started surfing in 2003 at Padang. Along with two of his friends he surfs around the spots in west Sumatra, even though there are several prohibitions from the local population on surfing they still practice their extreme sport. When Emal was stuck while writing his thesis, surfing was one of the things that helped refresh his mind.

Humorous guy from French who often visit Magic Wave named Cyril Gassiot who was born at St Germain en Laye started surfing on July 1991 at Messanges which located 20 kilometers from Hossegor, south west of Paris. First time he came in Indonesia on September 1996 for 5 weeks. Cyril is owner of Indonesian Surfaris, a portal that accommodates surfers who wants to do a trip around Indonesia. He has living in Bali since October 2004 in order to surf.

This month Magic Wave had a visit from Ulladulla surfer Terry Glass. We took the opportunity to talk to him about his work. He owns a business called Swift Stix Custom Shaping and makes hand shaped surf boards including malibus, Indo guns, boogie boards, soft boards and skate boards.
