We’ve met this guy a few times at the beach and partying and one day we caught him at home, drinking a glass of water, a bottle of iced tea and a plate of instant noodles. He instantly made us feel at home. He travels between Makasar & Bali and is currently resident at Lembeng Beach. Steve’s house is right on the beach (just have to cross the road – Ed)

When he was a teenager Duncan started surfing and became addicted to it. He has a skull tattoo on his left arm and at that time only went to school about once a month. Eventually his teacher became angry and would always say the same thing when he saw him

Made Awan

Made Awan is a potential Indonesian pro surfer. He is nice and friendly and also funny. He started surfing after watching his brother surf near their home on Serangan. He started learning to surf with his uncle when he was 10 years old. After a few years of intensive surfing Made was ready to compete.
