An annual extreme sports event proudly presented by Malaysia most wanted Street Wear Fashion Brand and Malaysia No.1 Extreme Sports supporter, WILD CHANNEL that kick off on May 31st - June 1st, 2008 (Saturday-Sunday) at Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall (Orange Entrance) Malaysia. The skateboarding competitions including Wild Channel Best trick Junior, Pocari Sweat Best Trick Pro, Skate Team Battle, BMX Flatland demo and jam session.

This event is in conjunction with the International Go Skateboarding Day 2008 and it is recognize and thumb up by many International Extreme Sport Organizations such as Extreme Sports Association Malaysia (ESAM), International Skateboarding Association and receive strong support from Pocari Sweat (Japan Energy Drink), GIFT (Canadian Skateboarding Company), Tropicana Life (Malaysia No. 1 Active Wear Company), Streetsurfer (The New Revolution Bike Australia), Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall (venue sponsor) and media sponsor by Revolution Skateboarding Magazine and Indonesia media such as Surftime Magazine and Magic Wave tabloid.

Wild Channel Street Wear is designed and made for extreme sports participants, such as BMX riders, skateboarders, and others for its specifically considered high quality material and fashionable creation. It is well-received and recognized by many extreme riders as it is comfy to wear during the extreme game and fashionable on the street.

Throughout the Wild Channel extreme sports sponsorship program, the riders go through a series of intensive care of their performance and attitude, and given the opportunity to compete and experience in International extreme arena abroad. Wild Channel riders are recognize by many International and local extreme sports organization for its superb performance and attitude. Therefore, it is undeniable that Wild Channel is Malaysia No.1 extreme sports supporter by focusing on ‘We are building our own extreme sport’s base and event for local skaters to experience and exchange skills and culture with the International pro-skaters’.

This event is particularly tailored for all extreme sport’s supporters especially skateboarders and BMX riders. By organizing this event, Wild Channel is fighting against the impossibilities to transports those giant obstacles out of the dull skate park and daringly builds our very own – WILD CHANNEL Street skate park. In order to hype up the scene, we bring in the BMX Flatland demo by Wild Channel and pro- BMX riders from Singapore to join us for jam session. It is a rare and incredible opportunity for the skaters and BMX riders to get together and for public especially teenagers and parents who are interested and wants to know more about the extreme sports. Plus, it is also for the tourists who want to experience more of the Malaysia’s extreme sport’s scene and street’s culture.

As Malaysia No. 1 extreme sports supporter, It is undeniably part of our missions and responsibilities to promote these extreme sports as an alternative sport among youth, to create interest and awareness of extreme sports among youth and to bring Malaysian pro-riders to compete in international and local extreme sports arena and also to search for young rider all around Malaysia and foster and support them in this sports.

From the online registration result, the number of Best trix competition’s contestant is pilling up and the organizer estimated will exceed the limitation of 80. The contestants registered are from all over the South East Asia such as Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. We are passionate and committed to extreme sports and this event is organized by extreme sports supporters to the skaters and BMX riders.
